Part P (Domestic only)

Since Part P of the Building Regulations in England & Wales was introduced in 2005, all electrical installation in a home, garden, conservatory or outbuilding must meet the Building Regulations

Under Part P notifiable work by electricians should be checked and certified, confirming that the installation is safe and complies with the Building Regulations.
